Private AIOS workspace
AI Future Studio Inbox.
A private workspace for Phil’s email, tasks and subscription evidence. Read messages, review billing and prepare drafts. Sending stays behind a separate approval.
AI Future Studio Inbox is the Gmail connection used by AIOS, operated by AI Future Studio for Phil. It is a private tool. Public registration is not offered.
From messages to decisions.
AIOS brings email alongside tasks, projects and billing records so its operator can review what needs attention.
Read selected mailboxes
View Inbox and Sent metadata and open messages live from Gmail. Choose which connected accounts and folders appear.
Prepare a draft
Compose messages and use authorized AI assistance to summarize, classify or prepare replies. Drafts are stored in Gmail for review.
Review billing evidence
Inspect receipts and subscription signals before changing an AIOS plan record. A receipt can describe a one-off charge or a proration.
Approve a send
Sending email is a separate action that requires operator approval. Explicit Inbox actions can archive a conversation or mark it as read.
Why Gmail access is requested.
The Google consent screen requests Gmail read, compose, send and modify access. The app uses those permissions for the visible email features below.
- Read: display selected Inbox and Sent messages and inspect billing evidence.
- Compose: create a draft in Gmail.
- Send: send a draft only after the operator approves its queued send action.
- Modify: carry out an explicit archive or mark-as-read action.
Relevant message context may be processed by configured AI providers when an AI-assisted workflow is authorized. Read the privacy policy before connecting an account.
The operator stays in control.
Account and folder controls live in AIOS Email settings. Google account access can also be revoked through Google’s connected-app controls. Subscription plan edits remain a separate operator decision; AIOS does not change a provider’s subscription for you.
