Private authorized use
Terms of use.
Plain terms for the operator of AI Future Studio Inbox and its Gmail connection to AIOS.
AI Future Studio operates AI Future Studio Inbox as a private tool for Phil, its authorized operator. Public registration is not offered.
Review before acting.
Review AI-generated summaries and drafts, recipient details, and subscription evidence before relying on them or approving an action. Generated output and receipt classifications can be incomplete or incorrect. A receipt is evidence of a transaction; it does not always establish the current recurring plan.
Approval is a separate step.
Drafting does not authorize sending. An email send requires approval of its separate queued action. Archive and mark-as-read actions follow the operator’s explicit request. Subscription plan changes in AIOS are operator edits; changes at the billing provider are made through that provider.
Connected services can change.
Gmail features depend on valid authorization and Google service availability. AIOS also depends on its hosting, database and configured AI services. Revoked credentials, service limits or interruptions can delay sync or make a feature unavailable. Check the displayed sync and evidence dates when reviewing information.
You can stop using the connection.
Disable mailbox mirroring in AIOS to stop that mirror, or revoke the app’s Google access to stop future Gmail API access. Revocation does not automatically delete existing AIOS records. The privacy policy explains how to request their removal.
